Refunds Policy for Digital Products

All purchases of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital items once the order has been completed.

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your files, or if a file appears to be corrupted or incomplete, please contact us at nowdesignonline@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

This policy applies to all digital items sold through our store, including but not limited to binder fillers, master set placeholders, checklists, and downloadable templates.

Refunds Policy for Pokémon Cards

All sales of Pokémon cards — including single cards, bulk lots, pre-owned cards, graded cards, mystery packs, and any other collectible items, are final.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, including variations in condition, rarity, and the risk of product tampering or card swapping, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any physical card purchases.

This policy applies to all physical card products, whether sold individually or as part of a set, bundle, or bulk lot. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these items are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
